Like TK Dodge, any 100% mitigation mechanic is too OP for the player in my eyes since I don't play on some hell configuration where I can be one shot by even bandits. I wouldn't use the perfect timing option you mention, though it's a neat idea. And being able to disable it's timed block to keep with Wildcat/Ordinator mechanics is why I was considering using UC. The new attacks are actually why I wanted to add UC. That way you have a timed block that can mitigate damage and if you timed it perfectly it can mitigate 100% damage. Alternatively, you could leave UC's timed block on a very low time to activate like 0.1 seconds and leave on Wildcat's timed block and set it to 0.2 or 0.3. I would turn off UC's timed block though because any attack could be negated up to 100%. Ultimate Combat adds to enemy affects along with SRCEO. SRCEO takes priority over the other combat mods when it needs i.e. SRLEZ affects encounter zones so that shouldn't affect that actual combat only the enemy scaling. Morrowloot has priority over everything but that shouldn't matter for combat.

However, SRCEO bosses have new attacks that need to function properly. I like Ultimate Combat over Wildcat because of the new attacks UC adds to almost every enemy. I use both with that SRCEO and MLU/SRLEZ it just depends on which one you like more.
